Yes, it is. Sello has built a direct connection to Magento that makes this possible. With this connection, you do not have to work with products and orders in your webshop and in various marketplaces, you can control all this from Sello.
As soon as there is a link between your Magento webshop and Sello, you will be able to go to your import page on your Sello account and click on "import". Then Sello will automatically retrieve your products to your Sello inventory.
Once the products have been downloaded, you will be able to select the products you want to activate for your webshop, the sync will thus function similarly as a marketplace.
Sello has a support and onboarding team that will do its utmost to help you get started selling on marketplaces. This includes enriching the products with the data that the marketplaces require (all of them have different product requirements) and guiding you on how everything works. In the same manner, as your webshop, you will have the ability to choose which products you want to activate against which marketplace, you can also add different descriptions, prices, promotions, etc on each sales channel.
The orders from both your webshop and the marketplaces will end up on your order page in Sello. On the order page, you can have different order statuses, you can filter out different orders e.g. what channel it comes from, what status it has, what country it comes from, and so on.
It is also possible to connect your Sello account to different TA systems e.g. nShift. As soon as the order is marked as delivered, the sync will forward it to the sales channel and reduce the stock balance.
Sello has a plugin called ChannelConnector, and exactly as the name promises, it helps you connect to different channels. With this plugin, Sello will act as an aggregator between your webshop, ERP system, and marketplaces.
As soon as you have created an account on Sello, an account manager and an onboarding manager will contact you to help you install and configure the plugin. In connection with this, you will together with them go through your plans and goals related to marketplace sales. Your assigned onboarding manager will also make sure that all product data comes in properly so that it can be matched with the different product requirements of the marketplaces. You will thus avoid the headache of manually setting all marketplace-specific attributes on your own.
Yes, you can. You choose which products should be published on which marketplaces. It is also possible to have different products in different marketplaces, ie. you do not have to offer the same articles on all channels. The same goes for prices, Sello can automate so that you have different prices on different channels, you can also choose to create various campaigns.
Creating a connection between your Webshop and the marketplaces is done with just a few clicks. All you need before is a seller account on each sale channel. As soon as the connection is complete, your onboarding manager will help you.
As soon as a product is sold on the marketplace, Sello will collect this order into your Sello account and then forward it to Magento. Once the order has been delivered, Sello will retrieve this information and report it to the sales channel.
